Subscription terms

Demo policy draft. Replace this text with your brand’s actual policies and approved US terms before launching.

DRAFT — Have these terms reviewed by a US attorney before launch (auto-renewal laws, including California’s).

What you receive: one box of 30 everlife.cat Daily Sticks per cat, delivered every month, at the subscription price shown on the product page and at checkout, plus applicable tax. Shipping is free.

Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically every month, and your payment method is charged on each renewal date until you cancel. You agree to these terms with a separate checkbox before paying.

Reminders: we email you before each renewal and before any price change takes effect.

Skip, pause or cancel: online at any time, from your account (Manage subscription) or the secure link in your order email. You can skip the next delivery, pause for 1 to 3 months, or cancel. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge; boxes already paid for will still ship.

Free extras: anything included for free, like the Day Calendar, is yours to keep, even if you cancel.

Changes: you can change the number of boxes or the shipping address of your next delivery online. Changes apply to the next renewal, without proration.

Guarantee: see Shipping & returns for the 60-day Cat-Approved Guarantee.
